To process referrals as per SLA. To add vacancies to the NAS system in a timely manner ensuring they confirm to NAS writing guide, editing adverts where required. Marketing and promoting current vacancies, to monitor the system and providing regular updates to employers and team or sub-contractor partner of recruitment activities. Providing support, guidance and feedback to Employers and Learners on their applications. Ensure the Colleges ethos of equality inclusion and diversity is maintained during this process.Provide effective coordination for all relevant marketing promotions and recruitment events. Key contact between Employer Engagement and Yeovil College external Marketing provider. To deliver and co-ordinate the annual Apprenticeship Awards Events from venue booking, nominations stage to invites and ensuring the smooth running of the event To actively promote Apprenticeships by attending external Employer networking events and working in partnership with other agencies Job Centre Plus sites, Princes Trusts and local schools delivering focused sessions to groups

It was the winner of the Best Post Office in the South West (1998) for it's customer services. I also worked at various Post Offices in Hants, Somerset and Wiltshire as relief Post Mistress often doing the same cover year on year
