As one of four founders of Vueling, I started the project working with Easy Jet/ Jet Blue/ Southwest to gain an understanding of the lowcost ethos. Compiling all ideas I set up the following departments - • Operations Control Centre • Crewing & forward planning • PR Marketing - Internal communications• Planning / Slot management • Customer Service Centre • Quality control Centre After which time I was responsible and accountable for the above sectors as well as acting as AOC postholder.
