    I undertook a research project with No. 1 Royal Crescent which involved the transcription of 2 volumes of 18th Century manuscript Commonplace Books written by Henry Sandford, the first resident of No. 1 Royal Crescent. The books were compiled by Sandford between 1774-1784 as a record of his reading and travels. I also conducted further research into the events, people and places described in the manuscripts.

    Joint project manager for the Roman Bath Museum's 'Museums at Night' event in May 2012. Our team of eight Heritage students from Bath Spa University devised and staged a 3 hour evening event at the Roman Baths entitled 'Roman Sensations - an evening of Roman indulgences ', which included authentic Roman lyre music performed by Michael Levy, (www.ancientlyre.com) readings from Classical authors, toga wearing and wreath making activities for children and Roman food and wine tasting. Almost 500 people attended and visitor numbers were doubled from the previous year's event.
