    • Prepare a bid preparation schedule for submission of bids; identify people responsible for various activities within predetermined timelines, and a common understanding of the scope. • Attend periodic progress review meetings with the proposal preparation team and monitor progress of each activity. In addition, compile clarifications and requests to the client and share client feedback in terms of scope, additional information etc. with the team. • Co-ordinate with all the proposal team members to ensure completion of various activities on time, arrive at solutions for any unresolved issues.
