    A senior Quality Manager with extensive experience gained in the automotive industry in shop floor quality control, lean manufacturing, supplier development, supplier resource projects, quality system development, product and process change management, manufacturing transfer projects to North America, Thailand & China and project management gained in Australia, Asia and North America for Chassis Brakes International (formerly Bosch Chassis Systems Australia / PBR International / Repco Clutch Company).Have developed long standing Customer, Supplier and Internal relationships and a strong reputation in the market.I’m a believer in leading by example and display strong work ethics and determination to complete tasks at hand, with strong analytical and problem solving skills I’m solution oriented and enjoy a challenge.Leading the CBI Australia quality team to achieve success which has been recognised as an Industry bench mark in Australia through consecutive Toyota President’s Supplier of the Year awards in 2012 and 2013 and Toyota President’s award - Quality in 2014 and 2016.Career highlights include being the recipient of the Repco 4th Year Apprentice of the year award in 1988 and then being offered a PBR Management Cadetship from 1989 to 1991.
