    -Lead a team of 30 directors, managers and individuals with oversight of fundraising, alumni affairs, community relations, strategic communications, marketing and strategic planning.-Serve as primary advisor to a group of students, as their parents and they navigate the Upper School, also act as a key liaison between their teachers and coaches over the course of four years.-Oversee a portfolio of parent groups dedicated to promoting better communication, greater volunteer interest and deeper engagement in support of the school.-Launched and managed the school’s comprehensive Strategic Planning Process utilizing focus groups, market research and a diverse strategic design committee to inform the vision and future of Lovett. -Implement the school’s advancement program. Accomplishments include:--Planning all aspects of Lovett’s forthcoming $100-125M+ capital campaign in conjunction with the school’s 100th anniversary--Raising $18M toward endowment-focused campaign, exceeding goal by 20% and 18 months ahead of schedule--Managing True Blue Annual Fund, which hit an historic high mark in 2020 raising more than $3M in unrestricted and restricted funding — a 25% increase in the last 4 years--Tripled Breakthrough Atlanta’s (https://breakthroughatlanta.org) revenue in the last 4 fiscal years, with a 65% donor retention rate and 15 new corporate funders. -As the primary staff liaison to the Board of Trustees, identified and recruited new board members; Lovett’s Board is now the most diverse in its history.-Supervise a vibrant alumni program of 9,000 alumni in the US and abroad.Led internal team through a successful Head of School search, transition and onboarding.-Oversee portfolio of seven social media platforms (five very mature) which has increased in total followers by 40% in last two years alone.
