In 2012 the company extended its international operation into Australia through the acquisition of Betchoice. My role with the company involves:- Risk management through the profiling of customer accounts- Analysis of betting patterns to provide for individual client exposure increases or decreases- Provision and dispersion of weekly and monthly reports detailing individual customer performance statistics and subsequent analysis of said reports across a range of parameters to maximise revenue- Liaising with our external Sportsbook provider to ensure appropriate exposure for individual accounts and consistency in the way we manage customers- Responding to betting-related queries from stewards offices and other licenced bodies- Determination of the appropriate scope of individual customer promotions and analysis of bonus costs in order to minimise abuse- Liaising with external affiliates and providing recommendations regarding the management of High Net Worth accounts

My role with the company involved:-Compilation and trading of all Australian-based sports, particularly the NRL and AFL competitions and both domestic and international cricket.- Customer relations, through accepting wagers over the telephone and referring sizeable bets to the trading desk for authorisation.- Promotion of the company's product offering and website content by writing blogs and betting previews on upcoming events.
