    ADP products are in use at more than 14,000 locations in 50 countries world-wide. My responsibility was to fulfil our automotive customers requirements. This included:• Developing new software, such as a desktop telephony client, a web based telephony reporting solution (this involved creating a web server, and a html front-end), a centralized licensing solution and a TAPI simulator which enabled testing of our software without requiring real telephony hardware testing.• Extending existing software with new features, such as adding text message support to one of our main products, Print Manager.• Maintaining existing software.The main language used was C++, but a variety of other languages and technologies were used to suit the particular task.
