    Drain laying was a challenge it was very physically demanding and dealing with a lot of heavy machinery. I worked up the ranks from labourer to site supervisor. I was in charge of an eight man team ranging from labourers to qualified drainlayers where good organisation and communication skills were vital for a successful outcome.
