My achievements include:- Transitioned Tech Rockstars from a break-fix model and developed and implemented a proactive Managed Services model using the proprietary Company methodology. - Developed centralized practice management software for a 20-office dental practice.- Grew the Company by between 11 and 24 % year-over-year.- Created a team of high performing Tech Rockstars to assist with the resolution of real-world technical issues.- Drove innovation and improved the business automation system in order to drive bottom-line results.- Formulated a strategy to scale the service company in order to ensure maximum growth.

    Stone Giant Labs, Inc. was a web technology company that offered marking, web design and development services to small and medium-sized businesses.Co-Founder, President & CEOI co-founded the company and collaborated with a Business Owner with an existing online business as well as with three other partners to deliver online marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, I served as a Technical Advisor and business strategist.My achievements include:- Launched the Company with minimum start-up cash and grew the company to three employees.- Provided technical direction and developed an effective strategy to ensure that the business was sold for the maximum amount.
