      Working in a key role as part of a small team, we were responsible for the implementation of the PC World Store Opening Programme. Over my four years there I took part in 66 store openings and countless Marketing trials and initiatives.My role was varied, challenging and fun and included getting involved in store layout design, POS organisation and implementation, warehouse set-up, stock intake, merchandising, planogram modifications and trials, system and operational set up and Grand Opening procedures and organisation. Usually working with a large group of inexperienced staff and working closely with Store Management we would direct the entire process from pre-stock delivery to Grand Opening day. Often completing the process within 7 days as timescales and pressure to role out one of DSG's largest projects effectively was of paramount importance. Taking this role on at a young age taught me an awful lot about leadership, communication, retail space management, prioritising, time-management and the importance of attention to detail. All of which are skills that I have carried with me in future roles.
