  • Platoon Trainer

    • Aug 2023 - Present

    Coach, mentor, and train multiple cycles of a platoon 40 2nd Lieutenants in Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course (IBOLC) per cycle. Arrange, implement, and supervise individual and collective training. I also took on the responsibility of Senior Trainer to ensure that the company has the resources necessary for training.

    Further developed my operational management, presentation, and decision-making skills in this course. It provided further training on identifying organizational structure and function, analyzing cultural influences, communicating, and identifying and effectively utilizing infrastructure components in various environments.

  • Platoon Leader

    Responsible for an Airborne Infantry Platoon and responsible for over $300K worth of equipment. I oversaw the planning, resource management, and logistical support for several ranges and training to ensure the combat readiness for my platoon. During this time I earned my Expert Infantryman Badge and became a Jumpmaster and a Pathfinder.

    Key player in planning battalion level functions, working closely with other staff officers, battalion executive officer, and battalion commander to ensure all 600+ soldiers are properly trained.

    Assisted in the management of all Human Resources and personnel services for a squadron of 400+ individuals. I personally was in charge of assigning extra duties to the junior offices, the Approving authority for all DTS vouchers in the Squadron, and help manage the Squadron's finances.
