During this time, our store won several district and regional awards for sales increases, protection agreements and credit applications. When we sold the store in April, 2008, sales had grown by 60% in five + years.

Performed strategic planning, stayed informed in new technologies, budgeted for and implemented new hardware, software and network solutions to consistently improve business performance and contributed to improved work processes as defined by application of a very effective Quality Improvement Process. I performed duties of Director of Networks for a national T1/Frame Relay Wide Area Network, supporting twenty-one fully staffed sales and operations offices and all Corporate office functions. Performed duties of Year 2000 Compliance Coordinator. Performed various other functions while upgrading to larger Mainframe computer; adding PC, network and development personnel; managed 100+ percent growth in revenue with a relatively small increase in IT expenses.
