    I have extensive experience in advertising and marketing within the media and now with 6 years as the Marketing Consultant with the television programs, 'In The Garden' and now 'Outdoors Indoors' with Kim Syrus. This is an exciting role as the new program 'Outdoors Indoors' is the highest rating SA based, house, garden and lifestyle show on Channel 9 Adelaide and all of the regional stations in SA. The program is also included in the Lifestyle Channel, 9Life, which takes the program Australia wide. 'Outdoors Indoors' can be seen over 20 consecutive weeks, from August - November. Kim Syrus is a well known and highly respected horticulturalist in SA. Kim is also writing for the prestigious magazine SA LIFE and also SA LIFE Gardening & Outdoor Living. Kim's profile has now lifted to become one of the most prominent gardening personalities and TV presenters in South Australia.

    Managing Director of the company that launched Clear Focus Australia. Established the branding of Clear Focus in Australia, the first 'see thru' product in the world. I was fortunate to be the first in the world to develop the concept of using Clear Focus vinyl on tall glass buildings for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. I produced the largest printed image in the world on the Maritime Building overlooking Sydney Harbour, featuring Lleyton Hewitt, Kathy Freeman and Lauren Jackson.

This was my first role in the newspaper industry and proved to me that the 'local' newspaper still has a huge role in bringing the local news, events, and sport to the community in regional areas.

    Capital Radio consists of two AM radio stations, in Canberra; 2CC (talk) and 2CA (classic hits). As Sales Manager, I was responsible for the sales team and revenue generated by sales. I was also responsible for the Creative and Promotions Departments. The company introduced an FM country music station, Hot Country late in 2009. During my time I lifted revenue to records levels, coordinated all on-air promotions and launched Hot Country.

    Launched the product Clear Focus throughout Australia. Clear Focus is a perforated 'see thru' vinyl. An image can be printed onto the vinyl and when adhered to glass, a person can 'see thru' the vinyl from the other side. For example, the product is used extensively on buses throughout the world. This has enabled an advertising image to cover the entire side of a bus. I also developed the famous Nike images that were seen on a building overlooking Darling Harbour for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Images of Cathy Freeman, Lleyton Hewitt and Lauren Jackson made up the largest bill-board ever seen in Australia.

    My radio career commenced with the 5AD Network in Adelaide. Over some 25 years I worked at 5AD Adelaide and 5SE Mt Gambier, including positions as station manager, sales manager, writing news and news presenter, production manager and on-air presenter. I was also Chairman of SA Regional Radio for 3 years and responsible for the establishment of a radio representation agency in Adelaide, to represent all regional radio stations in South Australia. The agency still exists today
