Organise, supervise & implement the developments; site investigations involving drainage solutions, ground conditions, ecological requirements, foundation designs, service requirements and associated earth works. Arrange & ensure that all road-sewers & SuDS designs & associated adoption agreements are implemented along with the planning conditions & legal agreements prior to the commencement of the construction works. All site construction works undertaken by the subcontractors are monitored, supervised and inspected including the subcontractor’s health & safety procedures (RAMS). All works monitored to ensure completion within specified time constraints, standards, specifications, requirements & performance, once the site construction works are completed final inspection undertaken including a CCTV survey report of sewers, this then allows for arrangements to be made for formal adoption of the said works by the relevant authorities/companies along with the required documentations and associated AutoCAD as-built survey drawingsOrganise delegate and supervise the procurement of the utility services to the developments including infrastructure designs, services supplies, meter fittings and street lighting designs/approval, instillations & adoptions of the schemes with the relevant authorities/companies.
