Management of construction projects for public clients. The project I manage range in construction values from $5M to $155M. Work generally consists of technical liasion to client design teams, coordination with utility companies, tenant coordination, project conctrols and, moreover, assuring projects adhere to plans and specs. Work inlcudes the typical CM functions: construction contract administration, managing CM staff, coordination with inspectors, surveyors, environmentalists and estimators. Much time is spent on client reporting, constructability reviews, review of contractor work plans, watching for scope creep, claims avoidance and dispute resolution.Past and present Arcadis projects include constructing shipping terminals including wharfs, revetments, backlands improvements, rail yards, gantry crane systems, utilities, power systems, shore to ship power, demo and dredging.
