Liason with site engineering on new and existing initiatives. Current focus in this position is reliability and O.E.E of 9 Pharma production lines. Current ownership is in the development of a Standard Work Platform for the SDP / SSP department operations.

In this position I was required to support the manufacturing processes. This included Electrical Maintenance up to 600 v, PLC and Motion controls, design and implementation and maintenance, project management, and Data Analysis. Mechanical setup, troubleshooting and repair of all production lines and systems. Project Management on projects that included Automated Uitizers, Conveying systems, Vision Cameras, MES systems, Data collection, Converting machines and packaginf end of line equipment. Key training focuses. PLCs and Motion Control- Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneiders and Texas Instruments.MES - Maple, Wonderware and Profecy. I was the Site System Owner (SSO) at the Brockville P&G site. This required the support for a multitute of computer platforms, data collection programming in the manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting and corrective action planning, reporting and upgrades to the MES systems for the entire manufacturing site in Brockville, Ontario. I was a trainer for trainers, high level resource in Pneumatic and Electrical systems and a trainer and qualifier for mechanical and Electrical shop training.

Guildline Instruments was a Metrology company where I served my apprentiship in General Machine Shop and Numerical Control Programming. The positon required all aspects of the General Machinist Skill Set. Guildline Still operates today and I considered my training there priceless. I had the opurtunity to learn precision techniques under some very highly trained machinists from countries such as Hungary, Italy, Germany and England. I studied my apprentiship at Algonquin College Woodroffe Ottawa Campus.
