Greater efficiency was achieved in these sites.2) Project managed the implementation of an interim F&R system solution on time and on budget, which delivered the initial OTC phase benefits of £3m inventory reduction and 1% point fulfilment improvement. With the exception reporting ability and the automation of order placement enabled far greater stock coverage and availability across all skus.3) Delivered new reporting tools and processes to drive outcomes in supplier performance, stock write off reduction, excess stock reduction and seasonal planning. Delivered the Supplier OTIF and Inbound compliance process which enabled the outcome of improved supplier performance, inbound efficiency and compliance to MHRA regulations.4) Christmas/ Bank Holiday planning was successfully implemented with additional 10 days stock holding for supplier and site closures, 2% pre Xmas sales uplift and the holding of an additional 2,000 pallets (+10%) in the AAH network of 15 warehouses. Stock availability and customer service was maintained at pre-holiday levels.

Set up 3PL for Furniture (£1m stock holding - £750k reduction) and John Lewis retained stocks (£3m stock)5) Developed Viking_Clearance_Sales eBay shop which achieved £2m annual revenue (67k transactions) with margin of 31%.
