Role was to manage and coordinate the timely delivery and handover to the required quality of a number of villas, apartments, ancillary buildings and Infrastructure associated with the Al Reef Villas project, a 3.6 Billion AED residential/commercial construction development located just outside Abu Dhabi. Consisting of 2,400 Villas in 4 village layouts and 1,800 apartments in 46 six storey buildings along with community facilities and other ancillary and infrastructure buildings. It will be home for approx. 16,000+ residents. Also to ensure the facilities once handed over weremanaged effectively such as security, waste management, cleaning, pest control, landscaping etc. In addition to providing a number of additional property services such as M.E.P. servicing and maintenance, civil and carpentry works, pool maintenance etc. Through design, development and construction phase. Manage various construction contractors / consultants / owners to achieve accurate and timely handover of quality assets to the site master plan, ensuring correct approval procedures were followed. Identification and resolution of any issues or conflicts arising. Leading and attending handover, DLP and FM related meetings. Carrying out site inspections to confirm readiness and give Q.C. approval to assets. Managing accurate Key handover process. Preparing Weekly/Monthly reports on Handover/ Occupancy progress. Preparing site memos and reports related to FM and handover scope. Achievements: Application of project management skills to successfully deliver a high value construction project working overseas.

I.M.Kelly Ltd was the nominated 1st tier supplier for Interior trim components for the then new Aston Martin DB9, V8 Vantage and DBS programmes. Components supplied were Leather Trimmed Instrument Panel, Doors and Lower “A” Posts.Various substrate forms such as L.F.I., Vacuum Forming and Injection Moulding’s were used. V8 & DBS Vantage programme also required supply of various cut leather panels for seats and rear environment.Main duty was to be the customer front line contact for all technical & timing aspects of the project. Responsibilities include co-ordinating the timely delivery of parts to ensure achievement of programme build requirements.Attending and reporting on design review meetings, managing engineering change, and using APQP, PMST and launch readiness reporting to monitor key stage programme events. Achievements — Utilisation of project management skills to successfully deliver complex high profile automotive launch programmes.
