First West Capital provides junior capital (subordinated, mezzanine and equity) to growing and transitioning companies that have proven cash flow but lack the tangible assets that traditional lenders prefer as collateral. We support changes of ownership (strategic acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, shareholder buy-outs, etc.), refinancings, rapid growth situations, and high ratio owner occupied real estate investments. Our financings range in size from $1.0 million to $10 million.
