Program Manager for the software development and implementation of the Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced (SAMS-E) contract (a fully funded operational value of $52 million). Provided staff synchronization of 48 plus personnel and program oversight throughout all phases of the software development life cycle. The US Governments primary point of contact responsible for the overall functional and technical performance of the application. Responsible for integration and coordination across functional teams to facilitate the effective development and delivery of productsand system solutions within schedule, budget, and scope constraints. Coordinated, monitored, and reviewed project activities from the project office standpoint to include: software life cycle development, planning, scheduling, testing, documentation, implementation, training, system security and customer support included in the delivery task orders Created, maintained and updated the Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan and Quality Control Plan; Oversaw preparation of the contract status report, monthly cost report, and all contract data requirements lists outlined within the performance work statement. Created and executed project work plans and communication plans and revised, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements, vetting identified changes through the appropriate changes control processes. Managed CFSRs when conducting data migration from legacy Unit Level Logistics-Ground (ULLS-G), Standard Army Maintenance System 1 (SAMS1) and Standard Army Maintenance System (SAMS2) into the SAMS-E application. Supported CFSRs when needed in performing SAMS-E database repairs, during loads and updates of SAMS-E Software Change Packages/version upgrades, while conducting informal training for SAMS-E operators and Sustainment Automation Support Management Office personnel, coordinated daily team work schedules. Assisted military units in troubleshooting, analyzing and resolvingSAMS-E networking issues, assisted units with planning of Stay Behind Equipment Transfer, provided assistance during regularly scheduled Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) maintenance activities regarding SAMS-E; such as Army Material Status System, Integrated Logistics Analysis Program and STAMIS Gunnery's. Participated with government representatives' worldwide for the installation survey/extension /transition/ conversion/data migration of customer's hardware and associated customer software during New Material Information Briefs. During this time period, 2,202 SAMS-E systems were implemented and over 5,500 personnel were trained throughout 123 Army units worldwide. Managed 8 teams consisting of 111 technical specialist, instructors and team leads for the implementation of the SAMS-E system to Army posts, camps, combat divisions, separate brigades and associated support activities including the National Guard and Reserve Components worldwide. Instructed team members on data migration for legacy ULLS-G, SAMS1 and SAMS2 into the SAMS-E application.
