Supervise sales staff in US with additional responsibility over product managers based in Kiev, Ukraine. - Retail – Molded and executed company strategy of working direct with major resellers, including Apple, Inc, MacMall, MicroCenter, Fry's, and Amazon. Grew independent Apple Specialist Reseller channel and built automated online marketing & ordering process. - K-12 Education – Increased total direct education sales from a zero base to about 50% of division sales, managed and helped build incoming lead program and quoting system, grew school database to thousands of school contacts in the US and in dozens of international countries. Manage all education resellers, including Apple Education. - International - Built distribution from one county to over 20 in North America, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Oceania. Directed full or partial localization of Kid Pix in French, Japanese, and Chinese. - Acquisition – Evaluated and advised president on purchase of $ multi-million assets, including HyperStudio, Kid Pix and Learning Services, to diversify business. - Marketing & Brand Management – Instrumental in making Kid Pix, Mavis Beacon and The Print Shop the #1 Mac brands in their respective categories. Managed all aspect of marketing for the Publishing Division including Web marketing, email marketing, print advertising, and public relations.
