Additionally, when required, completed remediation by source removal and conducted site assessments and monitoring activities. Source removal activities consisted of the removal of in-ground hydraulic lift systems and/or oil water separators and coordination of lift re-install and site restoration.

Other responsibilities include semi-annual project budgeting (with cost to closure for environmental reserves), timely and accurate invoicing, management of professional, technical, and administrative staff, technical oversight and review, subcontractor procurement, reimbursement oversight, health and safety accountabilities including OSHA training and compliance, and interviewing/hiring. Position required close interaction with client’s real estate and legal departments. Additionally served as the Local Accountable Manager for an office of approximately twenty staff duties included leading office meetings and safety training, facility budget forecasting and tracking, and lease renewal and negotiations. Primary role was Closure Category Manager, responsible for the oversight, technical review and direction for over 100 petroleum UST and AST environmental liabilities with a budget of approximately $2.5 million per year.
