- Integral to all phases of early vertical well development at BCEI in DJ Basin: permitting, drilling, completing and production, 200 wells drilled prior to going horizontal- Kicked off horizontal well development in 2011. 340 HZ wells drilled and completed to date. Worked as part of Operations team on drilling, completions and production optimization. During this time:. . - Horizontal drilling program evolved from single to multi-well pads with preset surface and batch drilling to improve spud to release times and reduce costs. . - Production facilities moved from individual batteries to fully instrumented centralized production facilities- Managed McCallum field and North Park development, waterflood operations and exploratory well programs- Designed and supervised workover operations including recompletions, artificial lift design and install, production optimization and P&A's- Implemented cost control and containment of both capital and LOE expenditures by way of budgeting and performance review- Current on EHS and Regulatory requirements for safe operations in Colorado and on Federal land
