Completed year with 99.4% rack location accuracy and 99.94% unit accuracy.- Accomplished transition of 100% additional capacity with only 50% increase in headcount and 50% increase in capacity. The balance was achieved through product-flow optimization and efficiency improvements.- Achieved 99.1% OTIF through 4th quarter peak.- Reorganized management team in July 2006, resulting in a 33% reduction in staff and $1M cost savings in indirect labor.- Restored operation to profitability September 2006 through January 2008 exceeding operating profit by $2M.

Responsible for bringing facility on-line, hiring management team, increasing daily packaging capacity to 1.5M discs and distribution volumes over 2.0M daily. - Improved Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by 180% from July 2005 to May 2006, utilizing Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing techniques and line optimization.- Reduced 25% direct labor cost during same period which allowed for additional volume to be absorbed with no increase in staffing and capital equipment expense.- Recognized by Microsoft for product-flow improvements on the Perfect Dark Zero launch which reduced material loss by 300% compared to previous Halo 2 launch. Presented with award from Microsoft in Redmond WA offices.- Led organizational growth from 500,000 units packaged per day to 1.2M per day with 10% increase in direct labor and OCOS.- Led successful transition and start-up of packaging operations from Charlottesville, VA to Memphis, TN. Completed April 2003.
