    I was asked to return to Catfoss to lead the Design division due to the businesses current expansion plans. My role affords me the opportunity to become heavily involved in a number of design projects delivered across a number of sectors for high profile clients.  My duties involve working with the bid team to design cost effective building solutions; upon winning further clarity and detail is involved in ensuring all the client requirements are taken into consideration and the most cost effective solution is delivered in accordance with design standards. My role also involves assisting with programmes, stock management as well as scheduling and purchasing materials. As part of my career progression, I assist in streamlining processes and procedures, ensuring compliance within the business meets the businesses quality management system.
