    I have over 30 years’ experience in commercial and corporate litigation, with a focus on reconstruction and insolvency. I work closely with various financial institutions and I am often sought by commercial clients to assist in identifying and managing risks. I also advise on contractual issues including IT contracts, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements.As well as acting in purely litigation matters, I also work closely with members of other practice groups within the firm, advising clients on matters that may have a litigation potential.I authored the Australian component of Practical Law Company Handbook onRestructuring and Insolvency 2009-2010 and regularly speak at seminars on litigation and insolvency issues.
