    I am currently working in a Senior Property/Facility Manager capacity for LISNEY, managing a high-profile and diverse portfolio across the Republic of Ireland. LISNEY are Irelands leading independent Commercial & Residential Estate Agency.I am responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties including retail, residential and commercial assets with an annual rental income of circa €8 million, and with a total area of approximately 50,000m². I oversee a property portfolio for our clients in order to maximise value of capital assets by ensuring all aspects of the property management process are geared towards income generation for landlords, and cost-effective solutions to ensure value for money returns. This is achieved by: Ensuring all procurements are well planned and in accordance with good practice and legislation; To co-ordinate all capital projects so they are planned, managed and delivered with client consultation; To ensure there are the right policies, process, controls and systems in place to support the business deliver effectively with visibility on performance, feedback and quality; Regular client and customer engagement focusing on areas priority areas. To ensure performance meets or exceeds statutory, regulatory and internal targets; Prime focus to ensure all property management operations and tasks are lead, motivated, trained and managed to a high standard; To ensure effective financial planning and budget management; As a member of Senior Management team, to contribute effectively to the wider direction and running of the business;

    Harcourt are a Dublin based Property Development & Management Company with a broad portfolio of award winning projects.Having initially started as an assistant Business Park Manager at Irelands largest business campus, ‘Park West’ in Dublin, I was appointed to a UK Property Manager position in June 2016, covering all aspects of the companies property management services on key heritage projects, such as the redevelopment of World UNESCO Site, Stanley Dock, Liverpool , and Royal Haslar Military Hospital, Gosport , UK. My primary duties were to oversee and direct property management activities across the companies commercial and residential portfolio.
