      I trained other supervisors on the right way to help their employees. I also managed two departments for awhile until another replacement could be found. I traveled from bakery to bakery checking out their manufacturing processes and reporting back to my bakery the other bakeries were doing thus helping my bakery up to date on changes in our processes. I was responsible for anywhere from 25 - 1000 employees. I hired and I fired individuals who stole company time, destroyed company property, and stole finished products out of the packaging department. My work hours ran from 12 to 16 hours a day . I was also responsible for the cleaning of the bakery departments. I was responsible for the raw materials. I drove a forklift whenever it was necessary. I was responsible for running the bakery like it was my own business. Which I did very well.
