Assisted in troubleshooting with TCP/IP communications and infrastructure which included 3COM and Cisco routers and bridges.• Performed many UNIX administrator duties. • Prime administrator of Epoch backup software, which included daily maintenance and upgrades. Also wrote a user-friendly TCL script to keep users up-to-date on the backup status of their servers.
