Led multiple projects to improve and/or replace the audit and analysis tools & processes for the Global License Compliance (GLC) Team of 250 staff, generating revenue in excess of $500M annually:• Program Manager for the implementation of the custom customer inventory software application. Directed Steering Committee and hosted bi-monthly meetings to drive new product features and discuss strategic intentions for product direction. Additionally, supervised localization project for customer-facing documentation into 18 languages, working with the software vendor and the internal team making the changes on the external-facing site on our behalf.• As Program Manager, initiated the requirements gathering process for the evolution of our internal custom data analysis software, along with the software engineer, and served as liaison with other internal Teams and key individuals to understand the systems to complete the objectives for the project. Led Power BI Team to develop enhanced visualization of our analysis data.• Provided reporting data analytics, analysis and measured the success of all GLC outputs and strategic initiatives. Tracked and reported key performance indicators and other dashboard metrics to highlight successes as well as to target areas of improvement. These Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards were published so that all the Analysts as well as the Geo Sales Reps and Managers had full transparency to our Team’s productivity and contributions to their sales success.• Identified gaps and initiated projects to improve analysis quality and review processes. Recognized which work streams may be automated and standardized to maximize efficiency, quality, and scalability. Led effort to create a consistent global analysis process to ensure that at any given time, any GLC analyst could be called upon to support a Team Member in any Geo to provide the highest quality output.

For larger customer segments there may have been unique requests for visualizations that were unique, and these requests needed to be handled on a case-by-case basis, keeping the standards in mind. For these top-tier customers, was in direct communication with their Teams to determine the best course of action from an operations perspective, guiding them in decision-making about future SAM investments.
