In spite of significant constraints imposed by the board, company was dramatically turned around by:• cutting scheduled service departures by 50%• rerouting remaining scheduled service routes to attractive markets• eliminating high cost, complexity creating aircraft • reengineering remaining operations to reduce headcount by 20%• simultaneously doubling attractive military and around the world luxury chartersWithin nine months annualized profits rose from a 100 million loss to a 25 million profit, cash balances increased from 20 to 90 million, and share price improved 60 percent
