    Manage various grant sponsored programs within the Institute. Work with JFI senior management, team members, internal and external stakeholders to meet the goals of each of the projects and provide overall support to the program management within the Institute.  Develop policy, procedures, program goals, and milestones. Conduct PeopleSoft procurements, financial management reports, and work with The Office of Sponsored Research, assembling information for grant RFPs to federal, state, local governments and non-profit organizations.  Create proposals and budgets. Responsible for submitting over $2,883,000 in contract renewals.  Coordinate special projects, conduct meetings, interact with team members, staff and clients to identify needs, modify scope items, answer questions and resolve outstanding issues. Track deliverables, monitor budgets, meet with clients, problem solve and manage stakeholders. Provide general oversight of administrative staff. Generate both routine and ad-hoc reports, schedule team meetings and follow ups.  Maintain data sharing and confidentiality agreements with state and federal agencies. In 2016, renewed 42 State Memorandum of Understanding agreements for the Federal Employment Data Exchange System.
