Ironed out complex issues that existed in the reporting feature in double quick time salvaging CrestPoint’s position with the customer.• Identified an alternate e-learning platform vendor.• Created the platform specifications for a new e-learning platform.• Managed delivery of features for the platform within aggressive timelines while launching batches on the platform in parallel.• Managed multiple vendor partners to get a full featured platform delivered. Integration among different partner modules worked seamlessly.• Automated several manual steps and workflows through the platform.• Implemented Single Sign On.• Continuous improvement achieved by proactively identifying newer features that would benefit the users.• Platform was made available on mobile and desktop. Program Delivery• Created processes to increase the conversion rate of the batches that go through the e-learning program. A dashboard with the health across batches was created & monitored.• Ran multiple programs on the platform.• Achieved targets set for the year in 2015 and 2016 comfortably by putting in a rigorous management process to ensure participants complete the program.
