    Works as a consultant for the Lao PDR Ministry of Health under funding from the Global Fund organization, to support the ministry's central health information system. Work in collaboration with ADB (Asian Development Bank) to establish interoperability between health information systems in Lao PDR (hospital system, billing/health insurance system, health data collection system, health service quality monitoring system, epidemic surveillance system and others) which are currently not able to interoperate due to the use of different technologies with different standards. Nominated coordinator/secretariat of the Lao PDR within the AeHIN committee (Asia eHealth Information Network). Work towards the goal of setting up interoperability labs in Asia. Currently in FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and OpenHIE (Open Health Information Exchange) training. Work in collaboration with the WHO (World Health Organization) to: - Set up a data dictionary to tidy up the collection, storage and query of current health information. - Set up ICT inventory management to track the procurement of ICT devices and avoid loss of funds. Work in collaboration with CHAI (Clinton Health Access Initiative) to set up GeoPrism Registry which will be the real-time geolocation database for health facilities, hospitals, ambulances, ... Work in collaboration with UNICEF on Lot Quality Assurance Sampling Survey (LQAS). Provide training to health staff at provincial, district and health facility level in using the information system to monitor the stock of essential drugs along with supply chains.
