The reports were prepared for Commissioner of Geology & Mining, Government of Gujarat to provide assistance for block auction processes.  Various desktop and field due diligence studies such as heavy mineral sand in Sri Lanka, Magnetite deposit in South Africa, Aggregates in Southern India.Also involved in consulting business development, preparation of techno-commercial proposals, project costing, tendering, business discussions with clients etc.

    Involved in Copper exploration project near Likasi on Katangan Copper Belt in Democratic Republic of Congo. Responsibilities include: Detailed geological mapping in 1:1000 scale with the aim of establishing lithological boundaries and the structure of the area as well as identification of mineralized zones. Soil geochemistry in grid fashion following best QAQC practices as per international standards and supervision of sample processing (sieving, milling) before dispatching to the laboratory. Supervision of diamond drilling and carrying out core orientation, lithological and structural logging of cores. Entry and analysis of geological, geochemical and geophysical data, preparation of maps,2d grid models of geochemical data, sections, logs, survey/drill planning etc using GIS/Geological softwares namely Global Mapper, Geosoft Target, AutoCAD, MapInfo Discover etc and thereby providing significant input in overall exploration planning and surveys. Management of exploration Database and using the same for preparation of diagrams, reports, presentations etc as per higher management’s requirement. Supervision and monitoring of the different facets of exploration surveys such as Geological mapping, Sampling, Geophysical Surveys, Core Logging etc carried out by the junior geologists so as to get the works done as per planning and to get the good quality geological, geochemical and drilling data.
