Handling of a TC team & ensuring that the targets are met Conducting call evaluation/ team hurdles etc to motivate the teamhandling of the field referral team for the desired results.• Synchronization between the TC & FR team / numbers to meet the overall objectiveManage the Sale Process of Repossessed/Surrendered VehicleCash Management• Ensuring the money collected by Agency being deposited in bank within Stipulated time frame• Ensuring the schedule & receipts updating on a daily basis and reduce open entries both in Collections & GR accounts Cash & vault register updating.• Cash / Key register maintenance with two bank officers verifying overnight cash,Schedule upload Checks and controlsReceipt Control• Physical Verification of Receipts after updating of Schedule i.e. receipt call back process• Verification & validation of Receipt Registers Issued at Agency• Completion of Receipt recon from Agency as part of BOM Activity• Ensure proper documentation of receipts lost and used cancellation. Proper authentication & validation of used cancelled receipts.• Outstanding Receipts should not be >45 days
