Provided support on the initial capital raising function including presentations and tours to potential investors (6+). • Aprirose Hotels team – worked with executive team on developing the Aprirose Hotels long term strategy including vision and organisational structure, hiring of team and non-executive directors, developing the communications and deliverables strategy for the team, owners, board, investors and banks. • Acquisitions – actively worked on the acquisition analysis of £2.2bn+ looking at all elements of each opportunity including revenue and cost maximisation, re-rebranding potential, value add developments and potential sales. On successful purchases (£40m+), worked on all elements of the acquisition to successfully on board the assets. • Asset Management – 3 hotel assets (£100m+) working on all elements of value maximisation including in-depth revenue and cost analysis, converting an external spa building to residential and conversion of meeting rooms to bedrooms based.

    • Key member of the team (of four) managing Lone Star Hotels portfolio of £2bn+ (140+ assets) working on acquisitions, due diligence, future strategy, REO, re-branding and capital expenditure analysis, asset management, analysis of multiple exit options (including IPO and trade sales) and sales of individual and hotel portfolios.• Atlas Hotels – managed the amalgamation of the Somerston and Morethan portfolios (47 Holiday Inn Express hotels), the REO of the Somerston portfolio (36 hotels) and the final sale of the Atlas portfolio (c£535m) to London and Regional and Atlas developments (c£10m) in June 2016 and November 2016 including purchaser selection, contract negotiation and finalisation of all material terms. Sale resulted in a triple-digit profit and double digit IRR in less than two years.• Puma Hotels – rebranding of 20 hotels to The Hotel Collection(THC) including capex and rebranding analysis, creation of the company, hiring of the CEO/CFO and the dismantling of THC following a strategy change which included selling 14 assets(£100m) and rebranding six assets to Hiltons and Mercure (£50m capex plan).• Acquisition of the Jury’s Inn portfolio (c£650m) and the Accor Moorfield portfolio (c£300m) including all elements of the due diligence: revenue maximisation, rebranding analysis, cost control and KPI analysis and potential sales to maximise profit in a short time in line with fund timelines.• Worked on the strategy of the creation of the Amaris Hospitality (74 hotels) with three clear divisions (c£1.5bn) following an in-depth analysis with management, advisors, investment bankers to create a flexible structure with multiple exit options within a short time frame. Worked on the strategy that led to the implementation of a £100m capex refurbishment plan and international re-brand of strategic hotels.• Led the disposal of six hotels (£50m) including due diligence and legal documentation.
