    I currently work for T H Clements as a Supply Chain Assistant/ Sales Assistant/Website and Social media coordinator. I help with the day to day Supply Chain and Sales Office needs of the company. On a daily basis I carry out the order processing, any require administration linked to sales/purchases orders and maintain excel spreadsheets and our live stock system, ensuring systems and departments are kept up to date with information. Every week I run programmes for different departments and create reports on our system. Within my role I also look after the admin for our Potato Sales. This includes Potato Passports, Sales orders, speaking to Hauliers and Customers plus matching up returns to sales orders and invoicing from our system.Also I carry out some admin jobs for other departments within the business ensuring databases and spreadsheets are kept up to date and are available when required.In the business I'm also responsible for ordering stationery, furniture, PPE and other office purchases that are needed. Within this role, I always make sure the company are paying the best competitive rate for products required by regularly meeting with new and current suppliers and ensuring we maintain a good working relationship. A few years ago I was given the task to work with our Website host to create a brand new look website. The new website was persuaded by myself after I saw an opportunity for a more customer friendly website but with enough clear information for new or current customers/suppliers. This meant that I worked with many businesses to ensure the website build was on schedule and would match the managements expectations.Following the build I keep the current website up to date and ensure we post regular blogs and recipe ideas.
