    IMPORTS:- Handling Imports of FCL and LCL shipments from different countries  Costing of product, Quotations, Vendor Negotiations, P.O. Generation, contract/Quality agreement, LC opening & LC Scrutining  Follow-up with foreign suppliers for timely availability of imported material in factory/warehouse Close follow-up with CHA w r t filing of check list, IGM filing, B/E assessment, tariff classification and duty assessment, reply to queries raised by customs. Freight Negotiation of different shipping line for container booking etc. Follow-up with shipping companies / forwarders / Airlines and courier companies to ensure timely arrival of material at port / airport and ensuring pre-documentation is done before arrival of shipment at airport. Duty calculations and provide license/scheme details for import clearance.  Responsible for arranging Advance Licence / EPCG Licence on regular basis, as and when needed. Arranging Insurance cover for import shipments & Payment arrangement of supplier with finance Arranging customs duty payment from accounts. Passing of forwarders, shipping line and CHA bills. MIS reportExports Development of Private Label Products:- Promote Private Label Products (FMCG & OTC products) to the customers, distributors through online Marketing. Dispatching sample for export promotion.  Export Pre-costing, Price negotiation, Generation of Quotations.  Making Proforma Invoice, Contact/Agreement Preparation of pre and post shipment documents for export clearance Coordination with warehouse/factory for exports the products.New Projects (FMCG & OTC):- Develop with overseas suppliers for private Label products. Co-ordination with overseas supplier for getting samples. To provide duty structure, custom rule and regulations for new products.  To find out Labelling rule and other requirement for new products as per Indian Rule.
