This in turn delivered large uplifts in volume of works completed and better efficiency in the engineering workforce and is still in use. This also provided the foundation for a strategic systems solution which followed a few years later.In May of 2013 I qualified as a Trainer via Accenture and was seconded to the transformation team where I designed, built and delivered weeks’ worth of training materials and process documentation on the new systems, carried out UAT testing and travelled between sites across the UK for each release, coordinating the troubleshooting and testing between users and developers.

I was also the highly commended runner up in the FCS Apprentice of the Year award.As well as training and qualifying as a Customer Service Engineer on the copper network, I managed several large apprenticeship events creating an extensive professional network, completed my NVQ six months ahead of schedule, obtained a Foundation Degree in Science ICT with Merit and delivered highly successful results in secondments to New Roads and Street Works licensing, carrying out data analysis, structuring the files and defining the process for renewal resulting in reward and recognition for outstanding work, as well as a second secondment in Resource Management which resulted in promotion.
