    I assist customers in store and over the phone to fulfill their technological needs by suggesting products and services. I am responsible for the tidiness of the Entertainment Department and take pride in its appearance. A large part of this role is customer service, as Cambridge is a small town we have a large number of regular customer with whom I enjoy conversing; this helps to enhance their overall experience in store.

    Outside The Square is AUT's student-run public relations agency. In the final year of study, students work with non-profit organisations to achieve excellent PR results. I was involved with The HEART Movement, a group from Te Waipuna Puawai, that helps to curb domestic violence and foster healthy relationships in the Tamaki region of Auckland. Our campaign, Share The Struggle won the Paul Dryden Tertiary award at the 43rd Public Relations Institute of New Zealand awards.
