    (Eng⬇️)🛻📅 Im Zuge meines Praktikums bei VW in der Abteilung für den neuen Amarok, konnte ich umfassend hinter den Entstehungsprozess eines Fahrzeugs und dem dazugehörigen operativen Projektmanagement blicken. Als internationales Kooperationsprojekt mit einem amerikanischen Automobilhersteller, war das gesamte Projekt und auch jeder Teil meiner Aufgaben eine neue spannende Erfahrung, mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern und Kulturen. Ob in der Organisation & Leitung von Gremien/Workshops, dem Management und Tracking zentraler Projektmeilensteine oder in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit meinen Abteilungskollegen am Werk Hannover, ich konnte voll und ganz meine Stärken einbringen und an meinen Schwächen arbeiten.Der große Teamgedanke in meiner Abteilung aber auch das über die Maßen eigenverantwortliche Arbeiten hat mich dabei sehr begeistert.____________________________________During my internship at VW in the division for the new Amarok, I was able to take a close look at the development process of a vehicle and the operational project management.As an international cooperation project with an American car manufacturer, the entire project and every part of my task was a new and exciting experience with different stakeholders and cultures. Whether it was organizing & heading committees/workshops, managing and tracking key project milestones or working closely with my division colleagues at the Hannover plant, I was able to fully contribute and develop myself.I was very impressed by the great team spirit in my division, but also by the fact that I was able to work on my responsibility to a great extent.

    (Eng⬇️) 💡🦄 Als Anlaufstelle für Gründungsinteressierte an der Hochschule aber auch im ganzen Raum Allgäu, steht für das Team die Förderung der Gründermentalität und das Angebot an umfangreicher Business-Beratung im Zentrum.Teil meiner Aufgaben war die interne und externe Kommunikation. Dabei durfte ich den Prozess der Kommunikation im Team überarbeiten und optimieren sowie Bereiche der Social Media Strategie neu konzipieren. Zu meinen ständigen Aufgaben zählten neben der Betreuung einiger Veranstaltung auch Analysen und Recherchen in unterschiedlichen Themenfeldern. Die selbstbestimmte und teambasierte Arbeitsweise im StartUp Center hat mir dabei sehr gefallen._________________________________________As a contact point for people interested in founding a company at the university, but also in the entire Allgäu region, the team focuses on promoting the start-up mentality and offering comprehensive business advice.I was responsible for internal and external communication. In addition to supervising several events, my ongoing tasks also included analyses and research in various subject areas. I really liked the self-directed and team-based way of working at the StartUp Center.
