Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments andcustomers to ensure the open and accurate exchange of information and ajoint, pro-active approach Overview the minimum stock (MINMAX) and coordinate the reordering process Store Receiving Inspection-Performing incoming inspection for parts, Material inref with PART 145 requirements for the use of relevant maintenance projects Handing AOG Projects – coordinating with various OEM to support customeraircrafts and ensure movement of shipment on time for availability toEngineers to Release the Aircraft Integrating with the Internal Dept. such as planning and Finance to executeMaintenance Planner and expedite aircraft parts, tools and hangar equipmentto align supply chain. Vendor Management Ensure that operational contacts and processes are established betweeninternal customers and suppliers and that these are working effectively. Ensure that all material, parts, components, tools, equipment and services areordered from approved suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare Purchase & Repair orders with the OEM's & Vendors Coordinatebetween vendor & Planner for the parts till the process ends at parts gettingdelivered/booked in the store. Highly Organised – able to document, handle, prioritise and deal with a highvolume of projects and tasks Strong team player with excellent communication skills and highly customer-focussed Commitment and ability to meet deadlines during AOG situations

Responsible for maintenance of stores records. To maintain records of the movement of equipment and spares. To maintain the following lists viz. items that require maintenance while instorage, tools and equipment requiring inspection while in storage, itemshaving shelf life and calibration intervals. To monitor the shelf life of the items in the stores stock area. To monitor the calibration / inspection requirements of tools / equipment. Monitor the “Hold” items Rack. Monitor the “NIL” stock & inform Stores Manager. Carry out rotable tracking as per float quantities. Follow-up & resolve discrepancies found in stock check. Route unserviceable spares to operators. Binning of spares sent from operators. Liaise with other airlines for AOG loan requirements. Follow-up on outstanding tools / equipment as per tool requisition & report toLine Maintenance Manager / Shift-In-Charge on the outstanding items. Monitor cleanliness of tools / equipment available in stores.
