Saba Software Inc. is Human Capital Management software company, HQ lcate in the CA USA. They established Japan KK. at 2000 and had issues at Japan Operation. I joined Saba Japan as private consultant at initial 3 months, mostly to improve business results with Consulting lead Direct Sales activities and after initial try, agreed to manage Saba Japan KK as MD in 5 years. With strategic restructuring, improved profitability from - to positive within first 12 months, strengthen direct sales activities and increased annual revenue +250% within my stay. Changed core products from Learning only to Performance Mgt. + Talent Mgy. to be more Cloud Style.

Global Knowledge Network Inc. (GKN) was established at 1996. It was produced by US Venture fund, WCAS. (Acquired Education Business units from DEC, Nortel and some of the other IT Education companies. Merged those into one Company to be "Largest Independent IT Education Company with high leveled Business Consulting services and cutting edge education services.)I joined at really start up time of Japan KK. Clean up M&A issues existed between DEC Japan and GKN and drove business model to be 100% B to B model (Direct Sales Driven) focus on Enterprise IT,Network players. During my stay as President of Japan KK, grew annual revenue 300% ($11M to $34M with >15% operation profit rate, number of employees from 52 to 150). Established higher level of Brand Equity in Japan IT Education Market.With HQ's Financial issue, I did M&A and acquired GKN Japan KK at 2004, supported HQ delivered scalable CASH to them. (Very heavy, exiting experience.)With above success, acted as SVP of GKN APAC (Singapore, Korea, China + Japan) and following public activities.2000-2006 Chairman of ITTVC (IT Training Vendors Consortium.
