     Performed in Information Services program, integrated applications and provided quality information for operating Tesco Business. Led 15 member project development team in delivering the Integration Layer work parcels to all group countries, subsequently supporting system integration testing at Tesco HSC – Bangalore as well as in-country BIT in all group countries. Received value award from the stakeholder for the successful project delivery. Skilfully lead performance tuning projects, particularly in the database front for which received Individual Stellar Performance Award from Tesco HSC CEO (At Organisational level). Astutely gained international experience in diverse roles viz., Onsite Coordinator, Deployment Analyst, and Business Analyst and visited Europe (UK & Turkey) and Asia (Malaysia & Thailand); received value awards for the contribution made during these onsite visits.  Led the project development team in rolling out TESCO’s customer loyalty product in Turkey and Malaysia. Was part of the onsite team during deployment/user acceptance testing and supported in-country team during critical period post the go - live.
