    I oversaw eight retail locations for Sunglass Hut and was responsible for all aspects of store operations. I hired, recruited and trained managers and their staff while determining payroll budgets and scheduled accordingly. Time was spent analyzing sales data and trending reports to determine sales opportunities and product issues. While working to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, I also spent time focusing on motivating sales associates and managers through meetings, contests and associate rankings.
