    During my career, my strong skills in providing sound financial analyses and developing accounting and reporting procedures resulted in cost reductions and efficiencies in AR and AP processes. My responsibilities included preparing the consolidated financial statements and budgets, managing the monthly close and the annual audit, overseeing all accounting functions and ensuring compliance with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). In addition, I supervised an accounting team of five employees which included a Senior Accountant, an Accounts Payable Coordinator, an Accounts Receivable Coordinator and two interns. My analytical skills and excellent attention to detail can be seen in recommending comprehensive accounting practices which assisted my past employers in improving and/or maintaining their financial position.
