I supervised six employees in the eligibility department. The unit specialized in child care assistance for foster and child protective services child care. Worked directly with case managers in all 46 counties of South Carolina to ensure adherance to policy and federal regulations. I implemented changes in data entry programs to make them more streamlined. Successfully handled all personnel issues and approved all working times in SCEIS program, including annual and sick leave. Specialized in conflict resolution for all problematic child care cases. This included interaction with the providers, case managers and clients utilizing various sofware programs to gather facts, dates and all pertinent information to assist in resolution. Assisted in writing of policy as a member of the Policy Manual Commitee to adhere to government regulations in a "user friendly" manner.

Received 35+ awards for outstanding performance, leadership and goal attainment including four awards from three Comanding Generals. Increased annual units of blood collected from 3,500 in 1999 to 13,500 in 2000, 18,000 in 2001 and 20,000 in 2002. A member of the Advisory Council at Fort Jackson briefing soldiers on various services available to them at Fort Jackson.
