Supervises and directs the work of lower graded full-time civilian and military employees.Serves as key coordinator regarding the administration of unit and individual training, interpreting training directives and guidance and analyzing unit training status. Gathers information for and prepares various training and status reports for the commander and higher headquarters review. Conducts on-the-job training of Reservists in administration and supply.
